Return & Refund Policy

This policy covers both our physical products and our digital products. Please read the section that applies to your purchase.

Physical Products

At Bellamy Sport & Leisure, all physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered, change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bellamysportandleisure.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue and a brief description. Once we review your claim, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You are not required to return the item.

Refunds (Physical Products)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Physical orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@bellamysportandleisure.com.

Digital Products (Bellamy Master Assessment)

The Bellamy Master Assessment is a digital product. It is delivered through a unique access link as soon as your purchase is complete, and it produces personalized results the moment you finish. Because of this, all sales of the assessment are final and non-refundable, and we do not offer returns, exchanges or credits on the assessment, except where a refund is required by a mandatory and non-waivable law that applies to you.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying digital content, that you receive access immediately, and that you knowingly give up any cancellation or cooling-off right to the fullest extent the law allows. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies unless you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your assessment order, please contact us first at hello@bellamysportandleisure.com so we can help. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed and delivered assessment order, and you agree that these terms are your sole remedy regarding the price paid, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Access Problems

If your assessment access link does not work, has expired before you used it, or you did not receive it, contact us with your order number and we will make sure you can complete the assessment you paid for. Helping you get access is not the same as a refund.
