The name is intentional.

Sport is physical aliveness. It is movement, energy, growth, embodiment, play, vitality and the experience of being fully present in your body.

Leisure is intentional enjoyment of life. It is beauty, rest, connection, reflection, atmosphere, conversation, travel, sunlight through windows, long walks, dinners with people you love and the ability to actually experience your life instead of rushing through it.

Together, they represent balance.
